What happened was Ashton Surber — who plays in Guam for the NAPA Rovers — scored a dazzling bicycle kick goal.
He celebrated by running over and pointing at his girlfriend in the crowd, pulled off his jersey and revealed a shirt that says “MARRY ME?”.
Unfortunately for him, right before he got on one knee, the referee showed up behind him and flashed him a yellow card for tearing off his shirt. lol.
