Photos of crew members recovered from crashed Pakistan plane that killed everyone on board

A Pakistan International Airlines flight carrying 47 people crashed on Wednesday en route to Islamabad from the northern city of Chitral. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, 42 bodies have been recovered from the plane's wreckage.

Valery Spiridonov, a Russian man with a genetic muscle-wasting disease, has volunteered to be the first patient.
